Our Roadside Assistance is offered free of charge with our Volkswagen Assurance and Volkswagen Assurance Premium programs.
As part of the program, you will have access to:
-Towing: Free tow to Peterborough VW or the nearest licensed dealer
-Boosts: If the vehicle won't start, you'll receive a tow - free of charge
-Flat tire changes: A roadside technician will replace your flat so you can keep moving
-Lock services: If you get locked out of your car, a roadside technician will help you get back in
-Fuel delivery: Emergency fuel can be delivered free of charge
-Emergency winching services: We'll cover the costs of getting you out of the mud, sand, snow or a ditch
-Trip interruption benefits: As part of the Volkswagen Assurance Premium program, should you experience a mechanical breakdown more than 160km from home, you could receive up to $300 per incident, taxes and additional fees included.
24-hour roadside assistance is valid for 6 months with the Volkswagen Assurance program and for 2 years or 40,000km (whichever comes first) with the Volkswagen Assurance Premium program.
